Off-the-shelf automation is designed for a generic component. Your part has a specific weight, a specific datum, a specific orientation coming off the previous station, and a takt time somebody has already promised a customer.

We design the machine around the process, not the other way round
A Redyna SPM starts with the cycle: what happens at each station, how long it takes, what has to be measured, and what happens when a part fails. Only then does the mechanical layout get drawn.
You get the concept layout, the mechanical design in SolidWorks, pneumatic and hydraulic circuits, the actuation and sensing scheme, safety guarding, and manufacturing drawings your fabricator can build from directly.
Testing and inspection machines that produce data you can trust
Inspection rigs are only useful if the measurement is repeatable. We design the locating scheme first, then the sensing, so gauge repeatability comes from the fixture rather than from a calibration routine trying to correct for it.
