Product design that accounts for manufacturing before you get to manufacturing.

Redyna provides product design and development services for manufacturers, taking a concept through detailed CAD, DFM review and simulation to a production-ready drawing package.

Most product design doesn't fail in design

It fails when the design hits manufacturing and nothing works the way the designer assumed. Tolerances are off. The tooling doesn't account for the geometry. The material choice makes sense on paper and nowhere else.

By the time you find out, you've already paid for tooling. Or you're six weeks into production. Or your launch date is gone.

We design with manufacturing embedded from day one

Redyna designs products in SolidWorks, CATIA and Siemens NX, applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles throughout and validating decisions with CAE simulation before anything physical is made.

That means the process is chosen before the geometry is locked, tolerances are budgeted across the assembly rather than part by part, and every design review asks the same question: can this actually be made at your volume, at your cost?
