Find the failure in software. Not on the shop floor.

Redyna provides CAE services to manufacturers — structural (FEA), thermal, modal, fatigue, injection moulding flow and CFD analysis — using Ansys, HyperMesh and Autodesk Moldflow.

Every product has a failure mode. CAE finds it before your tooling does.

Imagine commissioning your tooling, running your first production batch, and discovering a structural failure. Or a thermal issue that warps the part. Or a flow imbalance that creates sink marks nobody saw in design review.

Now imagine finding that in a simulation instead — before a single real part was made.

What is CAE?

CAE stands for Computer-Aided Engineering. It uses software to simulate how a product or component will behave under real-world conditions — loads, heat, pressure, vibration — before physical prototypes or tooling are made. For manufacturers, it reduces the cost and time of design validation.

Redyna runs structural, thermal and flow analysis on designs before they go to manufacturing. On one enclosure programme, a Moldflow study cut predicted warp from 1.4mm to 0.3mm and avoided a full cavity re-cut.

Questions about cae services

Send us the design. We'll tell you where it fails.

You'll get a reply from the engineer who would do the work, not a coordinator.
