The product already exists. Now make it cheaper, more reliable and properly documented.
Redyna provides re-engineering, product lifecycle management and testing services — reverse engineering and STRIDE studies, reliability planning, FMEA and DFMEA, engineering change management (ECO/ECR), and shock, vibration, functional, performance and environmental testing.
Legacy products carry legacy problems
A part has been in production for eleven years. The drawings are out of date, the original engineer left, the supplier has changed twice, and the warranty returns are creeping up.
Nobody wants to touch it, because nobody knows what a change would break.
We rebuild the engineering record, then improve against it
Redyna reverse engineers the existing part into clean parametric CAD — 3D scanning where geometry is complex, measurement where it is not — and rebuilds the drawing set with real, verified dimensions and tolerances.
From there, re-engineering has a baseline: cost-down through material or process change, reliability improvement through FMEA and DFMEA, and change management that keeps every revision traceable through ECO and ECR.
Testing that closes the loop
Shock, vibration, functional, performance and environmental testing turn an engineering opinion into evidence — and produce the documentation your customer or certification body will ask for.
