How this started
We spent years inside engineering teams at automotive and industrial manufacturers. The pattern was always the same: the product wasn't the problem, the queue was. A bracket redesign waits three weeks for a licence to free up. A mould design comes back from a vendor who never asked what machine it runs on. A simulation gets skipped because nobody has time, and the failure shows up in steel instead.
Every one of those delays had a real cost, and none of them were engineering problems. They were access problems. Redyna was built to be the engineering capacity a manufacturer can reach in a week instead of a quarter.

How we actually work
You talk to the engineer doing the work, from the first call to handoff. We say no to projects we're not right for. We give timelines we can hit rather than timelines that win the job. And every file, drawing and simulation report we produce is yours to keep, in formats your team and your suppliers can open.
We work in SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX, Ansys, HyperMesh and Autodesk Moldflow. We sign NDAs before technical details are shared, as standard.
